Kok Ting founded Gourmet Supplies in 2013, after developing a deep understanding of the SME landscape in his previous stint advising and supporting SME owners as a Business Development Manager at OCBC Bank. Under Kok Ting's leadership and the strength of its key management team, Gourmet Supplies achieved multiple breakthroughs and established itself as a forerunner in the logistics and beverage distribution industry in a short span of less than 10 years.
In his role as Founder and Managing Director of Gourmet Group of companies, Kok Ting oversees the overall management of the company and development of its staff force, steering the group and its house brands to being a household name locally and a proud Singapore brand globally.
Gordon joined Gourmet Supplies as a co-owner in 2016 full time, fuelling the drive and ambitions of the management team to disrupt and shore up the 'old' and 'sunset' stereotype perception of the beverage distribution segment.
Prior to joining the FMCG industry, Gordon last held a position as an external auditor with KPMG Singapore (Financial Services) gaining invaluable audit experiences for clients across a myriad of industries.
Having been in the audit industry for 5 years, he has had the privilege of being part of the team in high profile cases with the audit scope covering forensic accounting, litigation support for Expert Witness amongst others.
He currently heads departments spanning across Accounting & Finance, Technology & Digitalisation, Marketing & Relations, E-Commerce as well as Business Development (Special Projects) in Gourmet Supplies.
Mr Tai Kai Jie is the production in charge of the company. He graduated with first class honours in Mechanical Engineering (NTU) and was the valedictorian of his cohort. He has over 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
With his experience and passion towards R&D and manufacturing, he joined Gourmet Supplies, creating Haus Brew that produces freshly brewed beverages.
He is responsible for the daily operations including manpower, materials, maintenance, and productivity improvement projects across the organisation. He is also involved in R&D of new flavours and expansion of manufacturing capabilities and product lines.
