1. Share Your Beverage Idea
The first step is to tell us about the type of beverage you envision. Share the flavor profile, key ingredients, and any specific production techniques you'd like incorporated. We'll listen closely to ensure we understand your vision.
2. Formulate the Beverage Recipe
Once we receive your inquiry, our Sales, Production, and R&D teams collaborate to assess your idea and create a viable recipe. After consultations and adjustments, we will provide a detailed quotation based on your requirements and the proposed product.
3. Receive Sample Products
We'll send you complimentary samples of the proposed beverage for your evaluation. This allows you to test the product and provide feedback. If adjustments are needed, we'll modify the recipe and send a new batch of samples until you're completely satisfied.
4. Contract and Price Negotiation
Once you approve the sample, we move forward with contract discussions. We'll confirm Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), finalize the production schedule, and outline pricing, including shipping terms to your destination.
5. Design and Print Labels
After finalizing the product, we assist with label design. If you already have your own design, we'll print it for you. If not, our team can help create a custom label that aligns with your brand vision.
6. Manufacturing and Shipping
Upon agreement, we'll issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with the agreed pricing and services scope. A deposit is required to initiate manufacturing. Once production is complete, the remaining balance is due before shipping.
Our goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient process from start to finish, delivering high-quality beverages tailored to your needs.
