The black sesame seeds are toasted and oil obtained from these roasted seeds are more resistant to oxidation. Black sesame seeds are known to have a high excellent antioxidant activity. This is attributed to the high oxidative stability of black sesame oil which contains natural antioxidants such as sesamin, sesamolin, sesamol and tocopherols.
How To Use
Add a few drops to stir fry vegetables or meat or to steamed fish, or salads. Use for seasoning or marinating.
